Last week was the annual Wedding and Portait Photographer International (WPPI) convention in Las Vegas, the entire event lasted 4 days. While I was there, I went to a neon boneyard photo session organized by Emma from LiveLovelaugh Wedding Photography
Initially, I was told we’re going to “neon graveyard”, and I was totally not interested because of the word “graveyard”. Upon some research on google, I realize this is no ordinary graveyard… it’s a place where all old neon signs retire to, and the city is trying to build a museum showcasing all the old neon signs, and our entrance fee goes towards the construction fund.
Funny thing was, this place has no physical address, it’s still under construction. We circled around the place a couple of times, and couldn’t find an entrance into the boneyard… this got us worried, not only did we not get the cab driver’s phone number, it’s in the middle of nowhere… how are we going to get back to the hotel?
Luckily as we were talking amongst ourselves, more people showed up, including the boneyard employee and the models, and the fun began !
Our awesome model Marta having some fun!
